I am delighted to work with you to create a custom piece of jewelry that is unique to you. The process begins with a design consultation before I even begin to craft your piece. We will work together to make sure you have many opportunities to review and approve the design before production begins.

Payment & policies for all commissions

All custom pieces are created for especially for you. As such, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

I charge a $250 non-refundable design fee. Once production begins, that fee will applied toward your total.

Custom projects typically start at $2,500 minimum for gold pieces and $300 for silver project. I do not work with platinum.

All prices are subject to market fluctuations. Payment is accepted through Venmo, Zelle, or credit cards. An additional credit card fee may apply.

Once I finalize your design and pricing, a 50% deposit is required to begin sourcing gems and raw metals and to start production.

Final payment is due when your piece is completed. I will not ship until the remaining balance is settled.

Please note that once production begins, cancellations will forfeit your deposit. Any major changes requested after I’ve begun working on your custom piece may result in additional fees. If final payment isn't received and I’m unable to reach you, the piece will be incorporated into my inventory and sold as such.

Handmade jewelry takes time and careful attention. Thank you for your patience as I craft your piece. Depending upon the complexity of the design, custom orders can take from 2 weeks to 4 months to complete.

Please be in touch if you have a timeline or date by which you’d like to have your piece. I cannot guarantee it, but will be happy to try to meet it.

I will work with customer-provided diamonds, sapphires, and rubies. Other stones, including opals, turquoise, emeralds, and more) are at higher risk of being damaged during the setting process. I would be happy to source any other stones you want to incorporate into your design.
